The Austral Compact fold down washing line features lines slightly closer together than a standard line to reduce the width. This makes them a good option for smaller sections. The line still offers 28 metres of line space suitable for medium size washing loads including sheets.

Australian-made, Austral lines are strong and durable and approved by Housing New Zealand.

The Austral Compact 28 is the most popular folding frame clothesline. Colours available are Woodland Grey, Black, Surfmist or Classic Cream.

  • Lines are 6.5cm apart
  • Side profile at the widest point is 60mm
  • Recommended area 2450mm x 1240mm. (An additional 300mm should be allowed for operational ease).
